On July 26th we had Show and Tell meeting in our MANA group

Show and tell meeting:

This is a way of connecting with other Marathi artists in our group to show our work, learn from each other and enhance our skills. In a typical meeting, we organize an accomplished guest artist for either demo or talk. In addition, in second part of the meeting, each participating artist shows their painting and receives feedback on it. This helps us get better in our art practice.

Part 2 of meeting - Showing paintings and receiving feedback:

We received 14 paintings for Show and Tell. For this meeting we asked our esteemed Demo artist Shri Ashok Hinge to judge our paintings - 1st, 2nd and 3rd place. This way MANA artists / members would get inspired to participate in more numbers in Show and Tell part. Also looking at some of the good paintings, members would be motivated to incorporate some new ideas into their own paintings. The best part was that Ashok-Ji provided his feedback as well for why he chose the paintings that he did for the awards. From the paintings we sent him, he chose 1st, 2nd and two paintings 3rd place.
